Day 1: Evening departure with an
overnight flight to Paris.
Day 2: Upon arrival, the tour
escort will meet the group for transfer to their hotel via
motor coach. After check in the group will start a walking
tour the River Seine and the Avenue Haussman, later we will
have some free time for shopping and to explore. We will have
dinner at a local restaurant before returning to our hotel
for the evening.
Day 3: Following breakfast we
will start our guided city tour by bus. We will see Notre
Dame, the Arc de’Triomphe, Champs Elysees, Place de
la Concorde and the Obelisk of the Temple Luxor. We will end
our tour at the Eiffel Tower and have an opportunity to go
to the top. We will have dinner at a nearby restaurant.
Day 4: Breakfast, then the group
will depart for Versailles. We will have a guided tour of
this magnificent chateau, visiting the State Apartments, the
Kings Chambers, the Hall of Mirrors and the extensive gardens.
The group will meet for dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 5: Early Breakfast at the
hotel, then we will go to the Louvre Museum where we will
see the Mona Lisa and other Masterpieces. Next we will take
a cruise down the Seine and get a new perspective of the “City
of Lights”. Once we are finished with the cruise we
head to the Latin Quarter to explore and have dinner while
we are there. There will be some free time after dinner, before
returning to the hotel for the night.
Day 6: After breakfast the group
will take a day trip to the Loire Valley excursion. The group
will return to Paris and have dinner upon our return.
Day 7: Breakfast, then we will
pay a visit to the Musee de’ Orsay, where we will spend
some time viewing one of the worlds finest collection of impressionist
and post impressionist art. We will see works by artists like
Monet, Degas and Renoir. After the Museum we will have dinner
at a local restaurant before returning to our hotel for the
night.
Day 8: After breakfast at the hotel,
the group will have a free day in Paris. This evening the
group will have a farewell dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 9: Our last day, following breakfast,
the group will check out of the hotel and depart for the airport
for the return flight home.
